Your trusted guide to the Portuguese education system

Navigating a new education system is hard. Navigating it in a foreign country, often in a second language, is harder. That’s exactly why Porto Tutoring Hub exists.

My name is Maria, and for over 20 years I have been teaching, researching, and supporting students and families through the Portuguese education system. I hold a PhD and bring extensive experience in academic mentoring, educational consulting, and internship supervision — work I approach with rigor, ethics, and a genuine commitment to results.

I work with expat families relocating to Portugal, international schools, and students who need more than generic advice. What I offer is specific, expert, and personalised — because your situation is not generic either.

Whether you’re trying to understand how the system works, find the right school, support your child academically, or navigate a research or internship process, I can help you move forward with confidence.
